April last year, I started writing a series on Shape Up.

Whenever I join a new team using Shape Up, I see most of them fall into the same traps. The series was supposed to share ideas that put a different perspective on the original book's content.

However, last summer, I lost my motivation for IT-related stuff and decided to focus on other aspects of my life. This is why an idea for this blog made of short-form articles I can write in 5-10 minutes was born.

Today, my colleague Radek Maziarka messaged me with a single question on Shape Up, which motivated me a little. It may be a good time to revisit and finish the series.

I’ve just migrated all the Shape Up articles to this new blog and created a separate page for them. If you fancy reading already published articles, go to Sorry Engineering, How to make Shape Up successful? section.
